The New Hampshire Sustainable Lodging & Restaurant Program (NHSLRP) strives to encourage lodging and restaurant facilities throughout the state to continually evaluate operations for more environmentally sustainable means of pampering our guests while protecting the place that both we and our guests love. The program promotes facilities reducing their impact on the land and natural resources through their own selected initiatives. NHSLRP strives to prosper by helping the hospitality industry realize the financial and marketing benefits associated with potential environmental endeavors.

The Green Team was developed to act as a catalyst to facilitate, educate, promote, and encourage sustainable green business practices that will lead to positive, measurable business, community, and environmental results.
Helping you identify actions you can take in your home to reduce your energy consumption, costs, and greehouse gas emissions. As you select actions to reduce your energy usage, they’ll give you estimates (tailored to your household) of what you might expect to save. Using this tool you can “Take the Challenge” and join the many residents throughout New England who are reducing their energy costs and environmental impact.
